Mike Elder is President of Mike Elder Consulting, Inc., a consulting concern focused on providing significant results for clients in the multi/omni-channel commerce domain. Mike’s extensive experience as an independent consultant includes needs assessment, requirements definition, system solution search and selection, RFPs, process audits, and implementation project management for clients working in ecommerce, catalog/call center, direct marketing, and brick & mortar retail.

In addition to his independent consulting efforts, Mike was Director of Multi-Channel Services and served as an ERP product manager and thought leader at Junction Solutions for the multi-channel retail domain. Mike previously served as the Director of Enterprise Systems for five years at the startup company that became KBToys.com. He was the Senior Product Manager at Quark for the QuarkCommerce business application and served as VP of Professional Services at ProfitCenter Software. Mike has over 30 years of broad-based information system technology experience.
